Matt is CatchPoint’s Director of Decision Science where he serves as resident statistician, technical advisor and web research expert. Matt’s methodological focus areas include predictive modeling, experimental design, multivariate analysis, forecasting techniques and web-based research methodologies. With 25 years of experience in the biomedical, pharmaceutical, technology and telecommunications industries, Matt has extensive global expertise in the areas of product concept viability and optimization studies, brand awareness and usage tracking, customer satisfaction and loyalty studies, market segmentation studies, as well as qualitative studies that incorporate quantitative methodologies at the individual respondent level.
